ANGEL MEMORY CANDLE & RETURN TO ZERO DVD GIVEAWAY!

OCTgiveaway

October is a special month in our house. October 8th marks 5 years since we said hello and goodbye to our sweet twins Peter and Macie.  I have never felt so proud and terrified all at the same time. October 15th is the official Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day where remembrance walks and lighting of candles are are simple gestures to honor the tiny but important lives that have touched so many families.

Sponsors:

Return to Zero: If you haven’t seen this film yet it is beautiful. Thank you to the Hanish family for sharing this story and breaking the silence on pregnancy and infant loss. It also has a stellar cast!

Oh Soy Memorable Candles: I created the Angel Memory Candle to help me in the grieving process after losing the twins. I also broke into making candles for fun and to de-stress from a hard work day.

There will be two winners, one for each prize! Open to U.S. citizens!

Thank you so much for all of this! I am a mom to two angel babies. My first angel baby, Sawyer Grant McIntosh, died 3/23/13 at age 2 1/2 months due to complications of Trisomy 18. Then, on 9/6/13, I has a miscarriage at 6 weeks gestation. We didn’t know if that baby was a boy or a girl, so we named the baby Avery McIntosh, since it’s a unisex name. I have two sunshine boys, Logan (11) and Payton (8), and I’m 15 weeks pregnant with my rainbow baby.

I have 2 almost adult children a 17 year old girl & 15 year old boy. After having these living children I have had heartbreak after heartbreak. I have 8 Angel babies. I was 6 months along with Valerie 2-17-2005 & 7 months along with Carter 2-19-2006 the only 2 far enough along to tell their gender. Since then I have had my tubes removed to avoid more heartbreak.

  8. Julie C says:

I would love to honor my angels John Blaise (12/4/10) & Alexander (9/3/13) who were both born mid pregnancy. I’m currently pregnant with a rainbow, and being high risk, I have to forego any walks and most traveling this year, so it will mean a lot to participate in the “Wave of Light” this year… I’d love to light such an intentional candle. 🙂

  9. Sara says:

I have one angel baby, James Dean. He was born sleeping 1wk passed his due date on Sept. 19th, 2011. He will forever be my little baby boy, who gives me strength when I need it and will always watch over me!!

Amazing movement going on in the world with breaking the silence, just like the amazing feeling of movement before the worse day of my life.
